How to join Walaa Rewards?

In order to benefit from the loyalty program, you must first make 3 reservations or accumulate a 60-day reservation period in a full year, after which our team will add you to the list of Walaa Rewards members and send you a welcome email. Thereafter, you will be able to enjoy the various benefits that this program offers to its community.

The Traveler card is available to customers who have made at least 3 reservations in the previous year.

The Explorer Card is available to customers who have made 6 reservations or have accumulated a reservation period of 60 days or more in the previous year.

The Guider card is available exclusively to customers who have made more than 10 reservations or who have booked for more than 90 days in the previous year.

Terms and Conditions:

Act 1 : Membership is renewed annually on January 1, and members will be notified by email where they will find their status, discount code and associated benefits.
Act 2 : Each new member will be added to the Walaa Rewards database and will be given a unique identification code.
Act 3 : The benefits associated with each status are flexible: the company can change, delete or add new benefits at any time.
Act 4 : Walaa Rewards members must notify the company in advance by email with their identification code to receive any of the following benefits: additional driver, free accessory, free upgrade, and model warranty.
Act 5 : The company does not guarantee the availability of accessories at all times. In some cases, the desired accessory may not be available due to high demand, out of stock, or for maintenance reasons.
Act 6 : Although Walaa Rewards accessories are provided to the customer free of charge, loss or damage of any kind, whether material or technical, will result in the deduction of the cost of the damage from the deposit previously posted.
Act 7 : Hertz Morocco does not provide any loyalty program other than Walaa Rewards; The company is detached from the loyalty programs offered by the network Hertz international.
Act 8 : Reservations made through brokers (intermediaries) or any other site than www.hertz.ma can not benefit from the Walaa Rewards program.
Act 9 : The following benefits: free second driver, free accessory, free upgrade, and model warranty, can only be obtained once a year and are subject to availability at check-out.
Act 10 : Walaa Rewards discounts cannot be combined with any other type of discount.
